· Contact between you and your potential employer
The careers section of the Site (Careers Section) is made available by us solely for the purpose of allowing users to search for potential vacancies. By accessing the Careers Section, you will be able to look up details of potential employers (Advertisers). You are responsible for making the application with the Advertiser. We will not make contact on your behalf.

· Accuracy of information
We do not check the information provided by Advertisers in the Careers Section and you will need to satisfy yourself that the information provided is accurate. As Pharmiweb has no control over the accuracy of the information provided, and does not endorse nor recommend Advertisers in any way, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any information provided in the Careers Section. Any dealing between you and an Advertiser shall be between you and that Advertiser and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from any such dealings.

· Liability for content
You understand that you, and not Pharmiweb, are responsible for all content sent from your computer on your behalf. You must not use the Site to distribute any material that is offensive, inaccurate or untrue, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene, menacing, illegal (in any country), or in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other rights, or which may cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
We also reserve the right to suspend your use of the Site immediately and without notifying you if we reasonably believe that you are using the Site in any manner that is inappropriate or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

8 PERSONAL DATA
By using our Site you are agreeing to the collection and use of your personal data as set out in our privacy policy.

9 INTERNATIONAL USE
We make no promise that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing the Site from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this Site from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to any disputes arising out of or in connection with them.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
If you breach these Terms and we ignore this, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach these Terms.
We shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms caused by circumstances beyond our control.
It is not intended that a person who is not a party to these Terms shall have the right to enforce any term of these Terms under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
