This is the ninth year of the awards, and is  the most hotly contested ever with almost 25,000 nominations for 654 separate recruitment websites. 

According to the organisers, the Niche category is by far the most competitive. By specialising in a particular niche industry sector or profession, these sites are able to deliver a service that is tailored to the needs of their target market.

The winners will be announced at the Award ceremony on the in London on Thursday 5th November.
